Welcome to AL Khat Al Abir Auto Service Centre. By using our services, booking an appointment, or visiting our workshop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Services

AL Khat Al Abir Auto Service Centre provides vehicle repair, maintenance, diagnostics, detailing, mechanical, electrical, AC, tire, and performance-related automotive services.

All services are subject to vehicle inspection and workshop approval.

2. Estimates & Quotations

• All quotations are estimates based on initial inspection.
• Additional repairs or replacement parts identified during service will require customer approval before proceeding.
• Prices are quoted in AED and may include applicable VAT.

3. Customer Authorization

By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize:

• Inspection and diagnostic procedures
• Repair and maintenance work approved by you
• Road testing when necessary for diagnostics or quality checks

4. Spare Parts & Warranty

• Genuine, OEM, aftermarket, or used parts may be used depending on customer request and availability.
• Warranty coverage varies by service and spare parts supplier.
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents or misuse
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by external factors
  • Customer-supplied parts

5. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles should be collected promptly after service completion notification.

Storage charges may apply for vehicles left at the workshop beyond a reasonable period without prior arrangement.

6. Payments

• Full payment must be completed before vehicle release unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards.
• Outstanding balances may result in delayed vehicle release.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Disclose previous repairs or modifications
• Remove personal valuables before service

AL Khat Al Abir Auto Service Centre is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

8. Delays & Liability

While we aim to complete repairs within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Spare parts availability
• Supplier delays
• Additional repair requirements
• Technical complications

We are not liable for indirect losses caused by repair delays.

9. Test Drives & Diagnostics

Certain repairs may require vehicle testing on public roads to verify repair quality and safety performance.

10. Cancellation Policy

Approved work already started may be subject to labor and inspection charges if canceled by the customer.

Special-order parts are non-refundable once ordered.

11. Website Use

12. Privacy

Customer information is used only for:

• Service communication

13. Governing Law
